A proudly Zimbabwean based housing development company, whose Partners have extensive experience in bringing residential properties to market. Vesta Properties focuses on luxury and high-end family homes within sectional title schemes, in Harare and Victoria Falls.

Jeremy Brooke - Chairman
Having previously held senior management positions within Innscor Africa, Jeremy was the Group Chief Executive Officer of National Foods from 2007 until late 2014. Since departing from National Foods, Jeremy has nurtured Cardinal Corporation into a leading property development company and continues to take an active oversight role in the newly divisionalised residential building company, Vesta Properties.
Graeme Bird - Managing Director
With a first-class BSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of Cape Town, Graeme started work in 1990, in Zimbabwe as a consultant Quantity Surveyor and quickly rose to the position of Partner in the country’s largest firm of Chartered Surveyors. Thereafter, having worked as the Chief Surveyor for a major mechanical services company, specialising in tower block installations, Graeme joined Innscor Africa and launched Mbanje Bird, a pan-African property development company that undertook a wide range of projects in 13 countries in East, West and Southern Africa. Having spent nine years within the Innscor Group, Graeme moved, in 2006 to Zambia and ultimately acquired in 2012, a stake in JHI Properties Zambia Limited, becoming the new locally resident Partner and Managing Director. In 2017, Graeme returned to Zimbabwe and joined the Cardinal Group of Companies and is a Partner & the Managing Director of Vesta Properties with oversight of all product development and delivery.
Tania Sanders – Commercial Director
Having qualified as a Chartered Account through the University of Cape Town and Deloitte in 1998, Tania worked initially for Deloitte in New York and South Africa before moving to London in 2001. Once in London, Tania was employed by Anheuser-Busch in various roles, culminating as the Head of IT for UK and Europe until she relocated to Zimbabwe in 2009. Upon her return to Zimbabwe, Tania worked as the Financial Director for Cambria Africa PLC, a Zimbabwean focused investment company, before she joined the Cardinal Group of Companies in 2014. Tania is a Partner and Director of Vesta Properties with oversight of all financial, sales & marketing, legal and commercial aspects in support of product development and delivery
